From the computer.
- Go to www.twinshardware.co.ke
- On the top bar menu, click on the My Account page
- Enter your email address on the Register section, and a password will be sent to your email.
- Check your email and use the password sent to log in.
- Remember to reset the password and use an easier password for you to remember.
From the Mobile App/ Phone
- Go to Play Store or App Store and Download our Mobile App “Twins Hardware”
- On the top bar menu, click on the human icon on the top right, it will redirect you to the My Account page. Alternatively, at the bottom of the app, click on the menu tab and then click on the My Account page.
- Enter your email address on the Register section, and a password will be sent to your email.
- Check your email and use the password sent to log in.
- Remember to reset the password and use an easier password for you to remember.
Password Reset
- Go to My Account Page.
- Just below the Login Section, there is a lost password link. Click that.
- Input your email on the area provided. A link will be sent to your email to create a new password.
- Reset the password and always remember to use a combination of different characters.Â
